The volume buttons (Vol+ / Vol- / Mute) and the power on/off button of the TV can be programmed, so the volume of the TV and switching the TV on/of can be done with only one remote control unit. Controlling your TV is both available in Bluetooth (BT-modus) as in IR-modus (if your TV supports Bluetooth).
The firmware of the remote control unit can be updated in BT-modus, when an update is available.
Additional remark regarding Bluethooth
The Bluetooth modus of the remote control unit works only with the appropriate VU+ models, like the VU+ Ultimo 4K. All other models of VU+ only support IR-modus.
