Tooway Connect - basic subscrition / month

The Tooway KA-SAT internet service for consumers is categorised in 6 different subscription packages.

A Fair Access Policy is applicable; this is done to prevent extreme internet use by a few users having a negative influence on users with a normal internet use. Because of this Policy the total available data of the satellite is devided equally in this way amongst the end users of Tooway. Limits are set for summarized download and upload data within a period of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks the use will be reset. Limits are also applicable to so called 'Multiple Sliding Time Windows (STW)' of 1 hour, 4 hour, 1 day, 1 week and 4 weeks; in the table underneath you can check the data limit you may use within each time frame. If more data is used within a time frame then applicable, then the Fair Access Policy will be set and your speed will be limited till a next time frame will start.

Free at night - Between 01.00 and 06.00 hour, local time, no data is charged or invoiced. The ideal time for back-up, downloading movies, software update's and Apple iCloud synchronisation.

Maximum upload - Each subscription has a limitation qua maximum data upload. After reaching this volume the upload speed is limited to 1 Mbps.

Less speed - After the data volume is reached, the speed is limited as mentioned. Please notice: 3 Mbps is comparable to a fine working ADSL connection.

- Fee for a lower subscription: € 30,25

- Fee for ending a subscription before end of duration: € 121,-. After 12 months one month termination is applicable.
