M7 CAM-803 - TV Vlaanderen CI+ module with smartcard

The latest TV Flanders CI+ module with integrated smartcard allows the decoding of channels -without the use of a seperate satellite receiver- directly into your TV, if provided with a DVB-S2 satellite tuner. Because a seperate satellite receiver is no longer necessary, you only need one remote comtrol to watch satellite tv; i.e. only the rempte control of your TV (with built-in DVB-S2 tuner) is required.

What is a CI+ module?

CI+ module stands for Common Interface+ module. This is an 'plug-in card' which can be placed directly into your TV. In this latest CI+ module of the M7 Group the smartcard of TV Flanders is integrated. it's no longer necessary or possible to put a loose smartcard into the CI+ module or to remove the smartcard. With this CI+ module, or plug-in card, of TV Flanders the satellite TV signal is decoded directly by your TV. Your TV does need to have a built-in satellite tuner (DVB-S2) and a CI+ slot.
