Iridium - Regional, Prepaid

The Iridium, Regional, Prepaid exists of:

• A minimum validity of 6 months;
• The minimum voice call duration / increment is 20 seconds.

Iridium, Regional Plan, Prepaid

1. Prices are in EUR. Iridium reserves the right to modify or delete plans as necessary. All rates in this set of sheets will be effective 1 January 2023, and will impact all active terminals.
2. Calls from any Iridium terminal to 8324 will be routed to the Support department. These calls are free of charge.
3. There is a 90 day grace period to reload an additional voucher and avoid deactivation after expiration date.
4. Voice and data traffic bills in 20 second minimums / increments.
5. Remaining balance will be announced at the beginning of every call, and is available by dialing 2888, or sending an SMS to 2888.
6. Northern Lights Prepaid vouchers only work within Canada and Alaska. Expiration date will be set to 6 months from date of activation or recharge. Calls to North America are charged 24 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and terms & conditions.
7. Effective February 15th, 2017, all topups made with MENA Prepaid vouchers will only work within the MENA Region. They will no longer work globally. SIMs currently active with an existing MENA Prepaid account will continue to work outside of MENA until a topup occurs after February 15th, 2017. MENA Prepaid vouchers are non-rechargeable. 8. Seasonal Prepaid vouchers work globally, and are non-rechargeable. Calls to PSTN (voice and data) are charged 60 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and terms & conditions.
9. 300 minute Non-Rechargeable Global Prepaid vouchers work globally, and are non-rechargeable. Calls to PSTN (voice and data) are charged 60 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and terms & conditions.
10. Africa Prepaid vouchers only work within Africa. Expiration date will be set to 12 months from date of activation or recharge. Calls to PSTN are charged 24 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and terms & conditions.
11. Latin America Prepaid vouchers only work within Latin America. Expiration date will be set to 6 months from date of activation or recharge. They will be available for activation as of June 13th, 2013. Calls to PSTN (voice and data) are charged 60 units per minute. See "Iridium Prepaid Details" for full details and terms & conditions.
12. All Prepaid SIMs have a 90 grace period from the date that the card expired or the date that the card is activated where it can be recharged. Iridium Prepaid SIM Cards are automatically deactivated after the 90 day grace period is over.
13. Prepaid units that have been carried over for more than three years will be expired on a daily basis from prepaid account balances. For any customer who has purchased a 3k/5k e-voucher, a four-year expiry period on units will apply.
14. Prepaid subscribers will be given the total number of units that may expire if not used within the next six months upon calling or sending an SMS to 2888 from their Iridium handset.
15. GoChat Scratch Cards can only be used on Iridium Crew SIM Cards activated on a Crew package. They cannot be used from Standard Postpaid or Prepaid SIM Cards.
