Iridium GO! exec - Annual Volume Allowance Plans

Iridium GO! exec is a new satellite data communication / satelliet internet network of Iridium. This new network is fully compatible with the existing network of Iridium and can be used in combination with the Iridium GO! exec. With 66 new operational satellites Iridium has a significant higher capacity and options available for data communication by satellite and internet options by satellite. Both on land and at sea.

The Iridium GO! exec - Annual Volume Allows Plan exists of:

• A minimum terminal commitment period of 12 months;
• A minimum voice duration of 20 seconds. Increments are also 20 seconds based.
• The minimum duration for data streaming is 6 seconds / 5 KB. Increments are based on 6 seconds / 0.1 KB.
• The minimum IP Usage* is 0.005 MB. Increments are based on 0.0001 MB.

* = IP usage is measured based upon 1000 bytes = 1 KB, 1000 KB = 1 MB, etc.
** = Where available, Local Number Access provides Iridium subscribers with a local country code telephone number assigned to the Iridium GO! exec terminal to provide reduced rate incoming calls. Charges for inbound calls using Iridium subscriber’s Local Access number will be billed to the Iridium terminal. The Calling party solely pays their carrier the prevailing rate for a call to the Local Number's Country Code. Data & SMS services are not supported under the Local Number Access service. Local Number Access is only available for postpaid services. Monthly Service Fees for Local Number Access identified separately.

A. Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plan Usage Terms & Conditions

1. Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plans are intended for multi-service use by recreational Subscribers that require location flexibility and are available for Land Mobile, recreational Maritime, and general personal communications purposes.
2. For data focused, commercial / enterprise, and government Land Mobile Purposes, the Iridium GO! exec may be activated on one of Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plans above or one of the standard Land Mobile Certus 100 Airtime Service Plans from the Certus 100 / 200 Land Price list, where specified as available.
3. For Multi-service Use , such as by recreational users that require location flexibility or general personal communications purposes, the Iridium GO! exec must be activated on one of Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plans above. For clarity, an Iridium GO! exec terminal that may potentially roam between land and maritime use cannot use a Land or Maritime service plan.
4. For Commercial Maritime purposes, the Iridium GO! exec must be activated on one of the Standard Maritime Iridium Certus 100 Plans as set forth on the Certus 100 / 200 Maritime Price list. Use of the above Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plans for Commercial Maritime purposes is prohibited
5. For Recreational Maritime purposes, the Iridium GO! exec must be activated on one of Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plans above. Use of the Standard Certus 100 / 200 Maritime Plans for Recreational Maritime purposes is prohibited.
6. Iridium reserves the right to deactivate the SIM(s) and the IMEI(s) (and blacklist the IMEI(s)) of any such Iridium GO! exec terminals found to be in violation of these clauses, as determined solely by Iridium. Iridium reserves the right to migrate any Iridium GO! exec terminals activated on an Airtime Service Plan that is deemed prohibited to an Airtime Service Plan authorized for activation on and use with the Iridium GO! exec terminal as determined solely by Iridium. For example, activation of an Iridium GO! exec terminal on the Certus 100 Land 30 MB Service Plan for a terminal that is being used recreationally both on land and on a vessel would be identified as being in violation, and would trigger a review by Iridium. Iridium has the right to migrate the terminal to an authorized service plan (as determined by Iridium). Iridium has the right to completely deactivate the SIM(s) and IMEI(s) and blacklist the IMEI(s), thereby preventing future activations of the violating terminal.
7. Iridium prefers to inform customers of inappropriate activities and give them a reasonable period of time in which to take corrective action. However, if the Service is used in a way that Iridium, in its sole discretion, believes violates this Policy, Iridium may take any responsive actions it deems appropriate under the circumstances with or without notice. These actions include, but are not limited to, the immediate suspension or termination of all or any portion of the Service. Neither Iridium nor its agents will have any liability for any of these responsive actions. These actions are not Iridium's exclusive remedies and Iridium may take any other legal or technical actions it deems appropriate with or without notice.

B. General Iridium Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are in EUR. Iridium reserves the right to modify or delete plans as necessary. All prices are subject to change without notice. Iridium retains the right to adjust pricing/rates in accordance with fluctuation in exchange rates and supplier price increases.
2. MMonthly fees will be charged in advance, aside from the initial monthly fee, which will be charged in arrears. Initial monthly fee / allowance are pro-rated based upon the number of days active. Final monthly fees will not be pro-rated regardless of deactivation date for all Iridium GO! exec Service plans.
3. Reactivation Fees apply to all Iridium SIM Card types. No separate downgrade fee or reactivation fee applies to switching between data plans, except for penalties involved when the terminal is still under commitment.
4. If the terminal is disconnected prior to the end of the terminal's minimum commitment, an early termination charge will apply. For clarity, the full Early Termination Fee will still apply if the terminal is disconnected only 3 days prior the end of the commitment timeframe. The Early Termination Fee will apply in full for upgrades, downgrades, and deactivations if the terminal is still within their minimum commitment timeframe.
5. Plan changes will take effect on the first (1st) of the following month.
6. There is no pooling option for the Iridium GO! exec Airtime Service Plans. Pooling is available for Iridium GO! exec solely via the standard Land Mobile Certus 100 Airtime Service Plans and the standard Maritime Iridium Certus 100 Airtime Service Plans.
7. Annual Plans renew on the 1st of the month that the original activation occurred. The initial year of the Annual plan will be charged in full and be provided a full allowance, but be a pro-rated period. For clarity, an annual plan activated on 16 June 2022 will (1) renew on 1 June 2023, (2) be charged the full annual fee, and (3) be provided the full annual allowance that will be available for use by 31 May 2023.
8. Annual fees will be charged in advance.

C. Allowance Terms & Conditions

1. All allowances shown are monthly allowances, with the exception of the Iridium GO! exec 1000 MB / 1000 min Volume plan, which is an annual allowance. Unused allowance does not carry over month-to-month.
2. Voice Bundle (minutes) includes ISU-PSTN, ISU-ISU, and ISU-Voicemail voice call types.
3. IP Data Allowance includes Standard IP Data usage.
4. Iridium App Messaging is dependent on completion of Certus IMT development and introduction of new Iridium App for IMT-based messaging. App introduction for Iridium App Messaging is currently targeted for no earlier than late 1H 2023. When Iridium App Messaging is available, each Iridium App Message sent via IMT will be categorized as a Small App Messaging Event or as a Large App Messaging Event depending upon the size of the message. All Iridium App Messaging is billed per Event.
5. Small App Messaging Events (also referred to as Messaging Events (Small)) are defined as Iridium Messaging Transport™ (“IMT”) messages less than 5 kB in size. The Small App Messaging Events Allowance only counts Small App Messaging Event traffic.
6. Large App Messaging Events (also referred to as Messaging Events (Large)) are defined as larger IMT messages greater than or equal to 5 kB and up to and including 100 kB. Large Iridium Messaging Events that are less than 100 kB are rounded up to 100 kB (for example, a Large Messaging Event of 5.01 kB will be rounded up to 100 kB for rating and pricing purposes). The Large App Messaging Events Allowance includes Large App Messaging Events usage, and is drawn from on a per-event usage basis. The individual size of each Large App Messaging Event will not impact the use of the Allowance or Overage charge beyond causing it to be identified as a Large App Messaging Event. For clarity, three (3) Large App Messaging events that are 10 kB each in size individually will count as three (3) Large App Messaging Events and pull from the allowance as such. Once in Overage, each individual Large App Messaging Event will be charged the same whether the individual event was measured at 5.5 kB or 99.5 kB.
