1. Mentioned rates for the Flexible Leisure Plans are monthly fees, based on a minimum duration of 12 months.
2. Maritime Flexible Leisure Plans are special plans made available in the Maritime Business Unit. To clarify, these plans are not available via the Global Government or Enterprise Business Units.
3. The Flexible Leisure Plans allow unlimited movement between plans under Flexible Leisure category within the antenna size listed without incurring an upgrade or downgrade fee within the 12-month commitment period. To clarify, moving from the FX-100 Flexible Leisure 6144/2048 MIR 512/256 CIR 12 mo. Plan to the FX-100 Flexible Leisure 2048/512 MIR 32/8 CIR 12 mo. Plan will not incur a downgrade charge.
4. Each upgrade / downgrade within the Flexible Leisure category must last a minimum of 7 days before moving to another plan within the category.
5. If the terminal is disconnected early, an early termination charge will apply. The early termination charge will be the full, outstanding, commitment period, up to a maximum of 6 months, based upon the plan the terminal was on at the time of deactivation.
6. While the terminal is still under a minimum commitment period, any time spent within a Subscription Suspension period will count towards the minimum commitment period for the Flexible Leisure Plans.
