3GAS+ carbon monoxide sensor - Square gas alarm

Because properties of gasses differ, some gasses rise and other fall, it's recommended to improve the working of the gas alarm system by adding additional sensors, mounted at different heights. In this way both the rising gasses as the falling gasses can be detected by the gas alarm.

For the best performance of a gas alarm in general, it's recommended to install (at least) two sensors. One sensor can be installed at a height of +/- 30cm above the floor for detecting the falling gasses; the 2nd sensor -for the rising gasses- needs to be installed at a minimum height of 1.50m above the floor and at least 20 cm underneath the ceiling.

This additional optional 3GAS+ carbon monoxide (CO) sensor detects only carbon monoxide gasses and detects these faster then any other sensor that detects gasses.
